The consultation response is provided solely on the basis of the information supplied by the applicant and within the professional scope of the consultation. Neither the Office nor the lawyer is responsible for consequences arising from applying, interpreting, or relying on the consultation outside its context or without a comprehensive legal review of the facts and documents.

The applicant bears full legal responsibility for the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all data, information, and facts provided. The Office is not responsible for any error, damage, or legal consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

The applicant must not rely on the consultation as a substitute for an in-person legal consultation or formal legal representation, nor may the consultation content be relied upon before any judicial, official, or administrative authority.

The applicant acknowledges that the consultation fee is determined by the package or service selected on the website, starting from a minimum of JOD 10. The fee may vary according to the nature of the service, processing time, and review requirements. Submitting the request after selecting a package constitutes express acceptance of the stated fee for that package.

The applicant acknowledges that the consultation fee is charged for professional time, effort, and expertise and is non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances, whether or not a response is provided and regardless of whether the outcome is satisfactory from the applicant’s perspective.

If the amount paid is less than the consultation fee specified for the selected package, the Office is not obligated to respond. The applicant is granted 24 hours to complete payment; after that period, the applicant forfeits any claim for a refund or further processing.

The Office is not obligated to respond to any consultation request for which the required fee has not been fully paid, or which violates these terms, involves misuse, unjustified repetition, or unlawful content.

This form may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to submit malicious allegations, to seek advice intended to harm others, to circumvent the law, to defame, or to violate applicable laws. The Office reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action against the applicant when necessary.

The Office reserves the right to reject or disregard any consultation request where an actual or potential conflict of interest exists, without being required to state reasons and without creating any legal or financial obligation toward the applicant.

Opposing parties, their representatives, or persons involved in a direct or indirect dispute with the Office or any of its lawyers are prohibited from submitting a consultation request. Such conduct may constitute misuse giving rise to legal accountability.

All submitted data is treated with professional confidentiality and protected through SSL encryption provided by the service provider, without creating obligations beyond the scope of the digital service provided.

The applicant releases the Office, its lawyers, and its employees from direct, indirect, or consequential legal liability for damages, losses, or outcomes that may arise from use of this service or reliance on its content.

The Office reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of subsequent amendments.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.
